| 1) Despite the benefits of tight fellowships or intimate small groups, sometimes it is these same groups that create division and an environment of exclusion that are CONTRADICTORY to the idea of being a FAMILY of God. What a shame...we ask for mercy, God.
2) It doesn't make you a good Christian if you are one that goes to every service and endures dull messages. It doesn't make you a great Christian if you say & do all the right things when people are watching & listening. It doesn't make you a talented Christian if you do are gifted but refuse to share your gift. It doesn't make you a nice Christian if you only love the ones you like to love; ignoring the others that are different. It DOES make you a Christian however, if your life PRODUCES fruit for those around you and your life allows others to point to HIM and not yourself.
3) Every Christian has Jesus inside of them, get to know more people that those in your bubble if you want to know Jesus more.
4) People will surprise you if you allow them to. Look for the best in people and expect the best...that's the only way the potential comes out.
5) For every person that gossips with you, they are bound to gossip about you too.
6) We often forget what a gift we have in Jesus until we see it through the eyes of a new believer. May we not take it for granted.
7) Q: "How are you doing?" Response: "Better than I deserve" (so true...thank you God)

| Dear God,
I now know how you must feel when I let you down. I let someone down.
It hurts.
In the midst of the tears, i found your grace.
I don't understand it, i don't comprehend the depth of it
....but thank you.
Sincerely,
Your Son- Adam

| Dear God, I’m really frustrated with myself. I usually don’t lack confidence in what you can do through me, but I find myself doubting….and asking a lot of questions which don’t seem to have any clear answers. A lot of times, it seems that I’m running a race and people pass me by left and right. I know that it’s a marathon, but why must it be so painfully slow? I hear the voices of comparison disturbing my thoughts and disapproval interrupting my peace. I think there are lots of things about me that needs fixing, but I do not know where to begin. All I know is that I NEED you God and I long to hear your sweet voice. So please daddy…help me know that you are near. Your son, - Adam =) Replied ( a few hours later):
Dearest Adam,
[Isaiah 41:3] "For I am the LORD, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you" Love, - God (your daddy)
| Random Question: When someone approaches us with a problem/issue/adversity, the standard Christian answer is "I'll pray for you". However, how many of us can truly say that we do remember to pray? Instead of putting it off for a later time, perhaps we should pray on the spot. After all, tomorrow is not guaranteed to us. - Carpe Diem

| Random Thoughts: 1) Shallow people like to make others feel small through GOSSIP so that they can feel better about themselves. (I’ve made a promise to myself to call people out when I hear it going on. As someone once told me, “if you aren’t part of the solution, you are part of the problem”.)
2) People CAN by ugly based on their physical looks, but people ARE ugly based on the actions of their heart.
3) It saddens me that other religions have passionate believers for a false god, while Christianity has indifferent believers for a TRUE God. (There have been times where I was greatly motivated to overcome my Asian passiveness & just stand up to yell for more passion in the middle of the Church service.)
4) I’m training with my girlfriend and others to run a 10k marathon! I never thought I would do something so physically demanding and I am intimidated. However, I know that it’ll go a long way in showing me how I can persevere through life’s challenges through training, discipline, and a lot of prayer!
5) Asdkljf;alsjid!! If you are merging on to the freeway, please…PLEASE speed up to catch up with the flow of traffic. Expecting people to completely brake so you can get in at 35 mph is ridiculous!!
